An Enterprise software or application is a business oriented tool designed to address the requirements of an organization. It is a set of programs by which the business processes for different purposes can be enhanced. Enterprise software is a computer-based software and can also be considered as Enterprise Application Software (EAS). 6. Business Performance Management (BPM)
Business performance management is also known as Corporate Performance Management or Enterprise Performance Management. Usage of BPM can evaluate the performance of the business processes by which the performance of the activities can be enhanced and achieving the goals with the efficiency can done. Also the planning of expanding the business unit can be done with better decision making and forecasting. Performance of the workforce and available resources can be improvised by formulating and implementing the strategies of BPM effectively.
